브리즈번 전체로 보면 약 14일, 그리고 더욱 빠른 지역은 10이내에 모든 렌트 계약이 완료 되면서 최근 주택 임대 시장이 얼마나 치열한지를 확인케 하고 있다.
Moreton bay 는 브리즈번에서 가장 렌트 하우스를 구하기가 가장 어려운 지역으로 렌트비도 30%까지 오른 곳들이 많다. 해당 지역에 속해있는 Upper Caboolture, Dakabin, Mango Hill, Murrumba Downs, Griffin, Deception Bay, Ferny Hills등 모두 비슷한 상황이다.
